Rebird's work draws on the unique mirror that animals offer to human leadership. Two species, two distinct methods, both delivering immediate and unfiltered feedback that no human coach can replicate.
You communicate before you speak. Your intention, your presence, your inner state — all of it reaches the people around you long before your words do. Most of us have learned to ignore this language. Birds of prey have not.
Rebird is the leadership and personal development practice founded by Fares Boustanji. For over a decade, his work with raptors has guided executives, directors and entire teams toward something traditional training cannot offer: direct, unfiltered feedback on what they actually communicate.
A raptor will not respond to volume, status, or rehearsed authority. It responds to what is true. That is precisely what makes the work transformative — and why the same insights stay with participants long after they leave Mas Santo.
