What is Mas Santo?
Mas Santo is a private 17th-century estate near Sitges and Barcelona with 12 bedrooms across four residences on 5 hectares of enclosed grounds. It is booked by one group at a time for corporate retreats, coaching programmes, family holidays and intimate weddings.
Where is Mas Santo located?
Mas Santo is in Cunit, on the Costa Dorada, 15 minutes from Sitges, about 40 minutes from Barcelona city centre and 35–40 minutes from Barcelona International Airport. The beach is 3 km away.
How many guests can stay at Mas Santo?
Mas Santo sleeps 24 guests in 12 bedrooms, and up to 28 on request. Events and celebrations can host up to 120 guests.
Is the estate exclusively ours?
Yes. Mas Santo is booked by one group at a time, with no other guests and no shared spaces on the estate.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay at Mas Santo is 3 nights.

What meeting spaces does Mas Santo have?
A 78 m² Gathering Space with daylight and high ceilings, a 50 m² living room with fireplace, covered outdoor terraces, a 140 m² inner garden courtyard and several breakout corners. Fibre internet runs throughout.
Is there separate accommodation for a facilitator or coach?
Yes. The Annex is a self-contained unit with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette, its own terrace and a private entrance, so the facilitator has their own space next to the group.
Can we book Mas Santo in winter?
Yes. From November to April Mas Santo hosts midweek retreats at winter rates. The estate has central heating throughout and a living room with fireplace.
Can you arrange team building activities?
Yes. On request we arrange team building with local partners, such as horse whispering, birds-of-prey communication and boxing clinics, as well as wine tastings in the Penedès region and airport transfers.

Is Mas Santo suitable for young children?
Yes. The grounds are private and enclosed, the pool has shallow steps, there is a garden play area, and cots and high chairs are available on request.
Do families get their own privacy?
Yes. The estate has four separate residences. The Maisonnette, Private Suite and Annex each have their own living space or terrace, and the Suite and Annex have private entrances.

How many wedding guests can Mas Santo host?
Up to 28 guests can stay overnight, and the celebration itself can host up to 120 guests.
Until what time can music play?Music by the pool ends at 22:00 on weekdays and 23:00 at weekends. In the garden, music can play until 23:00 on weekdays and 01:00 at weekends, always with respect for the natural surroundings.

Is catering included?
Catering is booked separately. Mas Santo works with a network of 12 trusted chefs and caterers, with menus from €50 per person.
Is Mas Santo suitable for parties?
Mas Santo is a quiet, private estate for groups who value calm and privacy, with sound limits in the evening.
